～キャラクター制作への想い～ Mr.M氏
眞鍋造機の製品は一般の人にはあまり馴染みのない製品となり、クレーン・ウインチ好きで当社を入社される方はなかなかいない状況です。 世の中をクレーン・ウインチ好きの人でいっぱいにしたい！そんな想いでキャラクター制作に至りました。 ”まじめ”、”信頼”、”楽しむ”、そういった眞鍋造機の一面も伝えていけたらいいですね。
デッキー
みんなから頼りにされる、真面目で力持ち。 のんびりしたところもあるので、マキコちゃんに「しっかりしーよ！」と怒られることも・・・ 趣味は魚釣り。お休みの日は甲板の上から釣り糸をたらし、広い海を眺める時間が幸せ。 デッキ―のパワーでみんなが喜んでくれることがうれしくて、今日もほんわか笑顔です。
マキコちゃん
眞鍋造機のアイドル、マキコちゃん。 明るくて元気いっぱいのおてんばギャルで、せっかち。（のんびり屋のデッキ―にイライラしちゃうことも。。。） 乙女のしぐさには多くのクレーン達もメロメロ。マキコちゃんの夢は、世界中の海で活躍するバリバリのキャリアウーマンになること。 今日も夢に向かって一生懸命頑張ります！

～Passion on creating character～ Mr. M
The products of Manabe Zoki are not very familiar to the general public
and it is rare for people who like crane and winch to join our company.
I would like to fill the world with people who like crane and winch!
With such passion, I have reached the production of the character.
It would be great if we could convey our (Manabe) aspects such as
“Ernest” “Trust” and “Enjoyment”.
Decky
Ernest and strong person who is relied on by everyone.
He has easygoing side so Makiko chan sometimes scolds him,
saying “Stay strong!”.
His hobby is fishing. On his day off, he is glad to spend time
looking out the sea while casting the fishing line from his deck.
He is full of the joy of spring that everyone is happy with the power of Decky
so he has warm smile today.
Makiko-chan
Manabe’s idol, Makiko-chan.
Cheerful and energetic girl and she is impatient.
(sometimes she gets irritated by easygoing Decky…)
Many cranes are attracted by her lovely gesture.
Makiko’s dream is to become a career woman who is active in the world’s ocean.
She dose her best today to reach her dream!
